How Does Project Hourglass Work?

Step 1:

Apply for Project hourglass, if you are successful you will be invited to an assessment call.

During this assessment call, we will discuss your goals; what hurdles you have come across and the game plan to get you towards your goals.

This is a crucial step in the process - because we begin to learn what your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities are so we don’t run into the same problems that you previously had


Step 2:

We create the plan to go through, with thorough check-ins and communications in between each week.

Each check-in we identify what might be working for you and what might not be

we also discuss what hurdles you came across or might come across in the future to help you pivot and overcome them

We do this so you never feel alone, left out or out of touch.

You are always able to reach out for help!


Step 3:

We measure and bench mark your progress

If it isn’t as smooth as we would’ve liked, or not as ideal to the timeline we planned out - we make adjustments based on the information we have.

You will always be catered to and made sure you hit your targets so you don’t feel lost, confused or cheated!
